Wagering requirements, worked through step by step
Answer first: a wagering requirement is the total you must stake before bonus money becomes withdrawable, calculated as bonus multiplied by the multiple; AceLucky’s own multiple is unresolved in its documents, so use the operator’s current terms for the real number.
The formula
Total to stake = bonus amount × wagering multiple
Multiply the bonus you receive by the multiple stated in the operator’s terms, and that is the total of qualifying bets you would need to place before converting. For AceLucky’s own multiple, see operator terms (acelucky.com). If the window closes first, the bonus and its winnings are removed.
Game contribution
Not every pound counts equally. Slots often count in full, while table or live games may count only a fraction or nothing at all, so the same stake can move the counter very differently depending on the game.
The UK rule since January 2026
The Gambling Commission now caps wagering on UK casino incentives at 10x. That is a ceiling for operators, not a description of any particular offer. If an offer lists a higher multiple or conflicting expiry dates, ask the operator to clarify before claiming it. See the Commission’s guidance on socially responsible incentives.
Real money first or bonus first?
Many operators spend your cash balance before bonus funds. That matters for withdrawals: asking to cash out mid-way can cancel an active bonus.

Questions readers ask
Does wagering apply to my deposit too?
It depends on the operator’s wording. Some count only bonus bets; read the specific promotion.
Is a lower multiple always better?
Usually, but a short window or a low cash-out cap can still make a low-multiple deal poor value.
